Minor Violation Forgiveness in Seneca, SC and Clemson, SC
EVERYONE DESERVES ANOTHER CHANCE.
We know that if you’re a safe driver, you probably take every precaution possible when behind the wheel. But if you receive a citation, your driving record will likely be affected, but your insurance premium doesn’t have to be.
At Chudyk Financial Services and Insurance Group, we can add the Minor Violation Forgiveness coverage option to your policy, and help you avoid a premium surcharge after you receive a citation.
With Minor Violation Forgiveness, if you receive a minor traffic citation, you’ll have the assurance that your rates won’t increase, just because of that violation. Like Accident Forgiveness, the coverage renews after three years of the most recent minor violation. (Minor Violation Forgiveness applies to only one minor violation at a time, per driver not per policy.)
